A few weeks ago, there was a story about a puppy whose owner had sadly passed away and his family had heartlessly abandoned him. The little pup tried desperately to find help, chasing after people on the street, but no one stopped to pick him up or offer assistance.
As fate would have it, while running after someone, the puppy accidentally fell into an open gutter. Terrified and in pain, he cried out for help, but it seemed like nobody cared about the plight of this unfortunate little pup. People simply walked away, oblivious to his cries.
A compassionate man reached out to Animal Aid Unlimited India to seek help for a distressing situation. It was Felix, a stray dog who was found lying in a gutter, letting out cries of agony when the rescuers arrived.
“We received a distress call on our helpline regarding a distressed puppy in pain,” Animal Aid Unlimited India shared on their YouTube channel. “We discovered him in an exposed gutter, desperately crying for help.”
“We couldn’t initially determine the source of the problem, but soon enough we discovered several significant injuries on his leg,” they explained.
Felix showed signs of improvement following a two-week period of receiving medical treatment and taking time to relax.
Felix quickly bounced back from the affection and nurturing he received. “In just a matter of weeks, this once timid youngster bounced back and transformed into an adorable little lovebug,” recounted the rescuers.
